Takofy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Takofy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application or related services.
2. Service Description
Takofy is an offline-first business management and point-of-sale application for independent businesses. Features may include product catalog management, sales records, table and kitchen workflows, reports, PDF exports, synchronization, and AI-assisted business insights.
3. Accounts and Business Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in Takofy, including product prices, taxes, business details, sales records, and invoice information. If you enable synchronization, your account may be linked to Supabase-powered authentication and cloud sync services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription, such as Takofy Pro. Purchases made on Android are processed by Google Play and subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
- Prices, free trials, offers, taxes, and billing periods may vary by country and store account.
- Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Takofy, attempt to bypass paid feature limits, interfere with synchronization services, reverse engineer protected parts of the application, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. AI-Assisted Reports
AI-assisted reports are provided for informational business analysis only. They may contain errors or incomplete interpretations. You remain responsible for reviewing the output and making your own business, tax, legal, and financial decisions.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Takofy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, pricing, limits, supported platforms, and integrations may change over time as the product evolves.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takofy and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits, lost data, or operational interruption. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate business records and backups.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the platform or other users. You may stop using Takofy at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
